GUANACO AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Our guanacos graze an area of SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) land as part of a trial in conjunction with Natural England.  We hope that their grazing manner will create the ideal habitat for the ground nesting birds like curlew and lapwing.  In addition their territorial nature will deter the foxes and badgers from the area which we believe are responsible for stealing eggs from the nests and disrupting hatching.  Our products are therefore truly eco-sensitive in that the animals are not only farmed in a welfare friendly sustainable manner, but also actively encourage rare birdlife in the area.  We try to use the most eco-friendly way we can when creating our product range.

RETURNS POLICY:

Our shawls are handwoven to the highest standards, we want our customers to be thrilled with their purchase.  The shawls, yarn and fibre may vary slightly in colour from that illustrated, owing to the use of the fibre in it’s natural colour.  However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it unworn, with the packaging intact, for a full refund.  Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of return postage.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We value your custom.  We do not pass any of your details onto any third parties.  We do not store any of your financial details, nor pass them on.

DELIVERY:

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order.  We will despatch the  shawls, yarn or fibre using Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery.  If there is to be any delay in delivery we will contact you.
